System Setup Examples.

Below are some examples of how iSwimband can be configured using Bluetooth and a WiFi network. Although Apple iOS devices are limited to 8 simultaneously active Bluetooth connections, using wifi enables many more devices to be networked to each other. This is ideal for adding remote monitors and speakers. Using both wireless technologies together will enable you to expand your iSwimband monitoring system as needed. See some suggested accessories here.

Have more than 8 swimmers?
Simply use more iOS devices as monitors.

An iOS device can be the primary monitor or a remote monitor (via WiFi). By using more iOS devices as primary monitors you can cover many more swimmers. You can also configure the system to include external speakers using Bluetooth and/or wifi as described above.
