First, create your free account and receive 8 bonus points just for signing up. Consider becoming a Ponzi Clubâ„¢ Member to receive special benefits. Membership is optional and not required to play or win. Next, invite your friends to join. For each one that does, you'll get 1 bonus point added to your account.
When a Ponzi stops all players are notified. Points are calculated as follows:

Upper level players receive points based on (a) the level in which they joined and (b) the number of players below them.

Points are deducted from players who participated at the last level (the bottom) of the Ponzi this time around.

Don't worry: If you've lost all your points you can always get more through your Member Account.

Start a Ponzi and make it grow.
Any member can launch a Ponzi for 8 points (the startup "investment"). Once started, a computer-generated random Secret Countdown Clock begins. Ponzis can last anywhere from 3 to 36 hours.
Next, invite your friends to play. Participating in a Ponzi requires 4 points. For each friend that joins (at Level B ), your account will be credited 1 point.
As your friends get their friends to "invest" ( Level C ), you'll get .50 point for each new player. Level B players will get .75 points for each new player they bring in at Level C. As Level C players get their friends to join your Ponzi, you'll get .25 points for each signup. Those in Level B will get .50 points, and so on. Click here for more information.
As more players join at more levels, your Ponzi gets bigger and bigger... until the Secret Countdown Clock ends the game.
The goal is simple: Join the Ponzi in time to win.
Sure, winning ain't guaranteed...

PONZI is a fun new game based on the (illegal) pyramid scheme created by the infamous Charles Ponzi during the 1920s. Ponzi used newer investors' money to pay high returns on older investors' money, never actually investing any of the money he received.
Our game version of PONZI is a bit different: First, all players know that those who participate last in each Ponzi will lose their "investment". Second, our Ponzi isn't for getting rich quickly or unfairly. It's about having fun with your friends while hopefully winning gift cards and prizes.
