The entry must be received 10 days before the start of the calendar month, or will be applied to the next calendar month (i.e., entries received by April 20 will be eligible for the month of May; entries received after April 20 will be eligible for the month of June). No other methods of entry will be accepted. Entries become the property of Sponsor (defined below) and will not be returned. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, or misdirected entries. Use of a false email account or an incorrect postal address will disqualify an entry. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, misdirected entries, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated envelopes, postage-due, garbled, damaged or delayed entries or other communications or other technical problems related to website entries. The use of scripts or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited. These promotions are only open to residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (except Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at time a promotion begins and who had Internet access. ("Sponsor"), and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies (“Sponsor and its Agents”) and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible. Prizes; Winner Selection and Notification:
 

• Odds of winning any prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. All Ponzi players have a chance of winning various prizes from the Ponzi games, which include virtual prizes such as Ponzi Points or reward cards ranging from USD$25 up to USD$500 in value. Ponzi Club Members can win reward cards up to USD$1,000. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to win Ponzi Club Member's prizes. Free Ponzi users have a chance to win the same prizes with the same odds by using the Alternative Means of Entry Ponzi Game.

• Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes for cash or other goods and services is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of approximately equal value. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the nature of the prizes for each promotion at any time. All expenses not specified above, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes, and international tariffs, are the sole responsibility of the individual winners.

• Sponsor will verify the eligibility of the winners prior to awarding any prizes. Email notifications do not constitute a guarantee of payment of any kind.

• Winners may be required to complete and sign a Declaration of Eligibility and, except where prohibited, Liability/Publicity Release, in the form provided by Sponsor, within seven (7) days of attempted notification in order to claim Prize. Canadian winners must also answer a skill-based question in order to claim prize. Ponzi Club Members winners of prizes will be notified immediately after winning with a notification message transmitted to the provided phone number.  Non- Ponzi Club Members winners of prizes will be notified immediately after winning with a notification appearing on their account page. Prizes will be awarded automatically to the Ponzi account that was used to complete the win. Winners of rewards cards prizes will be notified by no later than the next business day after each Ponzi game terminates by an email sent to the email address specified on the Ponzi account and/or, for non-Ponzi Club members with an on-screen message appearing on their account page. For rewards cards, allow 6-8 weeks after winning and all documents have been submitted by the winner, for the receipt of card by postal mail. If a winner cannot be contacted at the email address associated with the Ponzi account of the winner, is contacted and does not respond as directed within seven (7) days of attempted notification, refuses the prize or is ineligible to accept the prize, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor will award the applicable prize, time permitting given the nature of the prize, to an alternate winner by random drawing from all remaining eligible Entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which DCS Concepts LLC. retains the discretion to donate the applicable prize to a charity of Sponsor choosing. All prizes claimed in accordance with the Official Rules will be awarded. Winners may be required to provide a shipping address and/or email address to claim prize
