Shipping Information.

 

Aquatic Safety Concepts, LLC (“ASC”) uses UPS for most domestic U.S. and international shipping. Please contact us if you desire expedited shipping or another carrier. Shipping rates include a 15% handling fee. Costs for international shipments will vary depending on country. Please note that for all international orders, the customer is responsible for any duties & taxes imposed by the the country of destination.
 

Upon checkout, you must specify a physical street address. ASC does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Your item(s) will be shipped to the shipping address you provide. Please confirm the information you enter is correct before processing your order. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
 

Once your order leaves our facilities, ASC will not assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.
 

Occasionally, packages are returned as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to ASC, we will contact you to make arrangements for reshipment at your cost.
 

Please note: ASC is not responsible for items damaged in transit by shipping carriers. Your shipping rate includes insurance. Please contact the carrier for insurance reimbursement where applicable.
